Parking Information
We have ample parking at our site, and parking is free when you visit us. You can either park at the front of the clinic or around the back.
Travelling by bus
There are several bus routes which bring you close to the clinic from Durham City.
Go North East
- Take the 50 to South Shields, getting off at the Pit Lane stop (approx. 11 mins), then walk for 2 minutes to the clinic.
- Take the 21 Angel to Newcastle, getting off at the Abbey Road Lay-By Stop (approx. 13 mins), then walk for 4 minutes to the clinic.
Arriva
- Take the 64 to the Arnison Centre, getting off at the Abbey Sports Centre stop (approx. 19 mins), then walk 4 minutes to the clinic.

Public Transport
There are several public transport options which bring you close to the clinic from Newcastle City Centre.
Tyne and Wear Metro
- Take the Yellow Line from Monument towards South Shields and get off at Felling. From Felling, you can then take the 27 bus towards South Shields, getting off at Mill Lane / St Joseph’s Academy, just a short walk from the clinic.
- Alternatively, stay on the Metro to Hebburn, then allow around 20–25 minutes to walk to the clinic.
Go North East
- Take the 27 towards South Shields from Newcastle City Centre, getting off at Mill Lane / St Joseph’s Academy, then walk for around 1–2 minutes to the clinic.
