Steph Anderson

Steph graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2024 with a First-Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy. During her studies, she completed eight clinical placements across NHS, private practice, and educational settings. After graduating, Steph relocated to Japan for the 2024/25 winter ski season, working as a ski instructor in Niseko, Hokkaido. 

 

Steph’s background in competitive swimming and long-term work as a swimming teacher has shaped her clinical interest in swimming related injuries and aquatic based rehabilitation. She has recently completed Foundation and Neurological Hydrotherapy courses with the ATACP and looks forward to progressing as an aquatic physiotherapist in the future.

 

After shadowing clinic directors Jojo and Pete from September 2025, Steph is excited to begin her role as a Graduate MSK Physiotherapist at JP Physio in January 2026, bringing her passion for alpine and aquatic sports into her clinical practice.
