Holly Costello

Holly qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2025 from Northumbria University with a First-class Honours degree. Since graduating, she completed her Pilates teaching certification, pursuing her passion for Pilates and movement-based rehabilitation. Since November 2025, she has been teaching clinical Pilates as a rehabilitative modality, combining this with the knowledge and skills she gained over her 3 years at university.

With a background in gymnastics, Holly has always had a strong interest in movement, which naturally led her to a career focused on using movement as medicine. Outside of work, Holly will most likely be found in a Pilates class herself or exploring the Lake District on hikes with her dog.

Holly is excited to begin her role as a clinical Pilates instructor at JP Physio and looks forward to helping others discover how powerful Pilates can be, so they can move with confidence and feel their best.
