JP Physio is seeking a professional and reliable contractor to undertake the renovation of our new physiotherapy clinic in Durham.

The project is scheduled to commence on 1st November and will require the involvement of multiple trade professionals. We are looking for a contractor with proven experience in commercial refurbishment projects, with particular expertise in meeting the regulatory standards set out by the Department of Health, the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Interested parties are invited to submit a proposal outlining relevant experience. Following review, shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide a detailed quotation for the scope of works.

Selection will be based on a combination of cost-effectiveness and alignment with JP Physio’s values.
