initial consultation
Your first session focuses on understanding your body and your goals—whether you’re managing an injury, addressing a niggle, or looking to improve how you move and perform. We carry out a detailed assessment to identify any issues, highlight strengths and weaknesses, and build a plan that’s tailored to your sport or lifestyle. Treatment or performance work often starts in that same session.

on-going support
Each follow-up builds on the last. We track your progress, adjust your rehab or performance plan, and continue to challenge your movement, strength, or sport-specific skills.
